Warranty

Espresso Machine and grinders:
1 Year.
We do not
accept returns from La Pavoni Machines. Only Return and Repair.
La Pavoni
Commercial Machines: 12-month limited parts replacement. Water softeners are required to
maintain warranty.
We commit to repairing or replacing any defective equipment due to materials or workmanship at our discretion.
Please note that the warranty does not cover wear and tear items or preventive maintenance components.
The customer is responsible for any associated shipping charges for replacement parts or equipment.
