- All commercial machines are non-returnable and non-refundable once shipped.
- Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
- Custom orders cannot be returned.
- Items from BOGO (Buy One Get One) promotions - if you do not return both items, we will award you with store credit in the value of the non-returned item (or a replacement item if you prefer).

- Must be in original packaging included accessories and materials
Do not try to fix any part of the product! This could void the warranty. Please contact our team if there are any issues when your product arrives.
Initiate Returns
As a first step, please reach out to us at support@thecoffeetemple.com - attach your order number and lets us know which item or items you want to return. We ask that you please do not proceed with the return until you hear from us.
If your items meet the requirements stated above, you may proceed with the return. Pack it properly and we advise that you choose a delivery service that provides a tracking code as a safety measure - you are 100% responsible for the package until it reaches us. You will also have to pay for the return shipping costs.
Refund Process
When we receive your return and make sure everything is in order, we will notify you via email. You can expect your funds within 30 days of this notification.
Cancellations
You can cancel your order free of charge at any point before it's shipped. It takes us 2-3 days on average to dispatch your order, so make sure you reach out to us before this deadline. The contact options are:

Signs Of Use?
Please Note: To ensure optimal functionality, many of our products undergo meticulous bench testing before being dispatched. This guarantees that they reach your destination in flawless working condition.
Upon receiving your machine, you may notice traces of coffee grinds and water remnants. Please be assured that this is a natural byproduct of our rigorous testing process and does not signify prior usage. We exclusively ship brand-new machines, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Your satisfaction with our high-quality equipment is our utmost priority.
Damaged Orders
Once your item(s) has arrived please inspect the packaging; if there is any damage, you should indicate it while signing for delivery. Then within 24 hours, please send images of the damage, the box, the SKU, and a brief description of the damage to support@thecoffeetemple.com, and we will file an insurance claim on your behalf.
If you send it later than 24 hrs after accepting the package, we will not be able to assist you.
Warranty

Beware Of Chargebacks
We will gladly discuss any issue you may have and take reasonable steps so that you are satisfied. If you however proceed with a fraudulent chargeback, we will defend ourselves and press charges. Talking it out is a far better option.
