Shipping Process
When you place your order, you'll receive a confirmation email with a summary. After that, it takes on 2-3 days on average to prepare your order for dispatch, and then additional 2-4 days until the order reaches you.
Shipping is free for all orders over $40 and we charge you $5 for orders below this threshold. We currently ship only to the contiguous US.
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive another email which will also contain your personal tracking code (it does not work immediately, usually within 24 hours). Use that to stay updated about the whereabouts of your order.
Cancellations
You can cancel your order free of charge at any point before it's shipped. It takes us 2-3 days on average to dispatch your order, so make sure you reach out to us before this deadline. The contact options are:

Damaged Orders
Once your item(s) has arrived please inspect the packaging; if there is any damage, you should indicate it while signing for delivery. Then within 24 hours, please send images of the damage, the box, the SKU, and a brief description of the damage to support@thecoffeetemple.com, and we will file an insurance claim on your behalf.
If your items show sign of use, that is because to ensure optimal functionality, many of our products undergo meticulous bench testing before being dispatched. This guarantees that they reach your destination in flawless working condition.
Upon receiving your machine, you may notice traces of coffee grinds and water remnants. Please be assured that this is a natural byproduct of our rigorous testing process and does not signify prior usage. We exclusively ship brand-new machines, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Your satisfaction with our high-quality equipment is our utmost priority.
Delayed Orders
If the period of 7 days has passed and your order still has not arrived, we apologize. However sometimes delays occur from reasons beyond our control, most notably unfavorable weather.
Please allow 3 additional days for the delivery to reach you and then contact us at support@thecoffeetemple.com, we'll assist you or find an alternative solution.
